PINOT BLANC 2004 (DRY)
Wine of lighter garnet red colour and delicate full-bodied flavour with fine fresh acidity. With higher ripeness hints of prunes and almonds occures. Pinot Noir is also marked as wine of Charles IV. who has started growing this variety in the Bohemian Kingdom. It is recommended to be served with vegetable salads, grain legumes, poultry or pork meat and smoked fish.

SAUVIGNON 2004 (DRY)
Nowadays very trendy French variety; the wine has characteristic light yellow green colour and typical aroma with hints of stinging nettle or peaches. The flavour is rich and fresh with typical variety character. It is perfect with vegetable salads, poultry, grilled trout, cheese or even with dried fruit.

ZWEIGELTREBE 2004 (DRY)
This red wine variety originally comes from Austria where it was cultivated by cross-breeding of Saint Laurence and Blaufränkisch. It has dark ruby red colour, pleasant rich aroma with scent of blackberries and elegant well-balanced flavour with velvet tannins. This wine is very good with dark meat, venison and cheeses of Emental type.

Limited series of Dornfelder wine in 0.2 l bottles has been produced of fully ripe grapes harvested on 9th October 2006. The grapes were hung for 3 months in a closed garret and pressed on 22nd January 2007. Sugar level in the grape juice reached 42°.

The stack for the production of this sparkling wine has been artistically selected from Ryzlink rýnský. To boost the delicacy and refreshing effect of fruits, Chardonnay was also added. This muscat wine is interesting not only for its bright yellow-amber colour turning to gold but also for its lovely bouquet of honey underpinned by plenty of lemon and orange rind scents. Plenty of honey on the palate with just a little lemon underneath is met by good sturdy acidity around mid-palate that carries the sweet honey and lemon flavours through to a long, extended finish where the flavour of honey lingers on the palate.
