Price, method of a payment and validiy of the gift vouchers
The price depends on your chosen service, to which is the gift voucher issued.
Issuance of the gift voucher is free.
Method of payment and delivery of gift vouchers
1. Bank transfer: You will be communiceted to the variable code and account number on which convert the amount in value of your gift vouchr is ordered. Once we receive your payment, we will send you a voucher by E-mail or post.
2. C.O.D.: We will send you a gift voucher by Czech Post on delivery when you pay at the time of receipt of the voucher amount plus 50,-CZK
3. Personal pick: After prior agreement is a possible gift voucher personally assume and pay at the reception in Spa&Wellness hotelu Kazdův Dvůr.
Validity:
- You need to use gift voucher out within the validity date indicated on the voucher.
- With the gift voucher you can drawn only hotel services indicated in the voucher. For capacity reasons, we recommend You reservation the services as soon as possible after receiving the voucher by calling +420 355 329 400.
- Validity is indicated on the front of the gift voucher. After the date of the gift voucher validity You can not be applied, or require the return of cash.
- If you decide to use a gift voucher just before it expires, it may happen that we will not able to offer You a term that will be you fully suit.
